2 additional guests in bunk beds in family bedroom $75/night for a total of 8 guests

2 additional guests on the pull-out sofa bed in game room off kitchen $150/night for a total of 10 guests

Cleaning fee $225/ stay

Pool is NOT heated.

Hot-tub/Spa heat $50/day, 350/week, must be paid in advance.

Cancellations

Strict Policy:

Cancel within 48 hours of booking and 14 days before check-in to get a full refund. Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
